Alex began his career on the insurance defense side, where he gained firsthand experience with how insurance disputes are evaluated, defended, negotiated, and litigated. He now uses that perspective to represent policyholders in disputes with their insurance companies.
His defense background gives him a practical understanding of how insurers analyze coverage, investigate losses, develop litigation positions, and evaluate risk. That experience helps him identify the issues that are likely to matter early and develop the evidence needed to address them.
Today, Alex handles first-party property matters involving storm damage, roof claims, water losses, disputed causation, coverage issues, underpayment, and other property insurance disputes. He works with the firm’s attorneys and professionals to develop claims from the initial review through litigation when necessary.
Alex is also a “Double Gator.” He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida before attending the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 2022.
